아라리오갤러리 서울에서 2025년 10월 16일(목)부터 12월 6일(토)까지 진행하는 개인전 《아방가르드는 포기하지 않는다》에 전시된 키트입니다.
이번 전시에서 인세인 박은 반달리즘을 매개로 아방가르드의 태도를 다시 소환합니다. 반달리즘은 자기 모순적이고 반항적인 행위이지만, 동시에 기존의 체계를 부정하며 새로운 시각과 담론을 여는 하나의 현상이기도 합니다.
예술을 통한 저항의 가능성에 대해 질문하며, 반달리즘을 통해 드러나는 파괴와 창조, 권위와 저항의 양가적 힘을 탐구합니다.
<아마추어 반달러를 위한 키트>는 반달러들의 마스크가 인쇄된 비닐봉지, 매뉴얼, 스프레이와 퍼포먼스 영상이 담긴 USB로 구성되어 있습니다.
작가의 친필 서명이 포함된 한정판으로, 총 100개의 에디션만 제작되어 소장 가치를 더합니다.
An entire exhibition, captured in one small archive
This kit was featured in Avant-Garde Does Not Surrender, a solo exhibition by Insane PARK (b. 1980, Korea), presented by ARARIO GALLERY SEOUL from October 16 (Thu) to December 6 (Sat), 2025.
In this exhibition, PARK reawakens the avant-garde attitude through the perspective of vandalism. While vandalism may be a self-contradictory and rebellious act, it is also a movement that negates existing systems and generates new perspectives and discourses.
This exhibition questions the possibilities of resistance through art, exploring the ambivalent forces of destruction and creation, authority and defiance that emerge through vandalism.
The kit includes a plastic bag printed with the masks of the Vandalrs, a manual, a spray, and a USB containing a performance video.
It is a limited edition signed by the artist, with only 100 copies produced, adding to its collectible value.
